Your words spoke to my soul
The sea then seemed to go calm
And I struggled to the shore

On my mind you'll always be
In my heart for no one to see

The perfect peaceful ground

Sometimes confusion and pain
Slip out from behind your eyes
I see you drifting away
And I want to hold you tight

If you stop running so fast
Slow down and feel the sun
Shining down on your face
Perhaps you'll follow my path

In that place there is peace
Joy and complete calm
The rocks, the sea and the sand
Wild flowers between your toes
